### Floscha
Floscha is a kingom in the southwest of Dolestar. It is mostly known for it's spaning forests with huge trees and biodiversity. Among the trees are smaller communities that send emissaries out on a rotation to meet and discuss the various issues that need to be addressed within their communities and the kingdom as a whole. This is how Floscha gets away with not having a dedicated capitol city. There is a strong sense of respect for older generations and much of that respect can be seen through the way this kind of ruling works. Ruled through Gerontocracy.
