Garth is the head coiner of the Dolé tower. While working, he wears a uniform that is primarily gold in color with red accents to signify his status. Contrasting his uniform are his glasses that have lenses with a blue tint. He is an extremely smart person, but has his head in the clouds a lot and comes off absent minded or uncaring to others. He keeps a telescope in his office pointed out a window and spends much of his time looking through it.
