Kingdoms
Aurevia
Aurevia is the region in the center of Dolastar. It is made up of the central peninsula and the waters surrounding it. There are several small cities that can be found here, but the main city sits on the southern shore. The main city produces coins for all the other kingdoms, allowing for a centralized form of currency that can be used wherever. The satellite cities that are on the peninsula rely mainly on mining operations that provide the main city with gold and other resources to mint coins. The main city is also a fairly large trading center for many types of goods found all over the continent.
Aurevia produces all of the currency that is used by the other kingdoms. For this reason it is extremely imperative that there is no internal bias for or against any of the kingdoms, especially for individuals that hold positions of authority. Upon selection, individuals take an oath, and some even go as far as to undergo magic ceremonies that cause them to lose their memories about where they grew up (if they weren't born in Aurevia).
Money
The money found in Dolestar is as follows:
Dolé - The dolé is the equivalent of a gold piece. Like all currency, it is solely produced on the peninsula of Auria. Each dolé features a ring of gold surrounding a crimson glass center. The glass is stamped with the crest of the financial district of Auria, a conglomerate of six towers that somewhat resembles a crown. For this reason dolé are often referred to as "gold crowns" as well. The outer gold ring is inlaid with text that reads, "By Honor We Prosper."
Liita - This silver piece equivalent is similar to the Dolé in that it is composed of a metal outer ring with a centeral portion made of glass. The glass that makes up the center is a deep blue that is stamped with an open hand to represent trust. The words, "From Thought, All Things" are written around the silver outside. Liita are also called "silver fingers" by many people.
Paru - Paru are made of copper with a green glass center. They have an anvil and hammer shape stamped into the glass and the words, "Purity in Purpose" written in the copper. Because of the glass stamp, these can be referred to as "copper anvils" as well.
Civitamelle
Floscha
Floscha is a kingom in the southwest of Dolestar. It is mostly known for it's spaning forests with huge trees and biodiversity. Among the trees are smaller communities that send emissaries out on a rotation to meet and discuss the various issues that need to be addressed within their communities and the kingdom as a whole. This is how Floscha gets away with not having a dedicated capitol city. There is a strong sense of respect for older generations and much of that respect can be seen through the way this kind of ruling works. Ruled through Gerontocracy.
Grainstrough
Found in Dolestar to the southeast, Grainstrough is an agricultrual powerhouse. There are large cities that can be found throughout, including the city that houses the Prism Cathedral, a building owned and operated by the Lucent Church
Mokar
Mokar actually isn't a formal kingdom, but a section of the continent that is untamed. People from the other kingdoms rarely dare to venture into Mokar's territory, and many that do often return with terrible injuries— or don't return at all. This territory is found in the northwest part of Dolestar. Ruled through Kraterocracy.
